BuildWright Homes is dedicated to providing a service to individuals who want to participate in the construction of their new home, and have been helping people build their own homes since 2000.
We understood from the beginning, that in order to serve our clients better, and save them money, we would need to have a clearly outlined process and use our previous years of experience to help guide our customers through each step of the way. We knew that it was critical to help each customer see available options early on, and understand unknown challenges as each step commenced.
Below are some of the steps of the process:
The process and our focus will consist of the procurement of materials, architectural services, construction support, and financing at a local level.
Our goal is to assist the homeowner in having a well constructed new home with an equity position of at least 20% when their new home is completed.
To do this we will form a team consisting of the new Homebuilder, BuildWright Homes, contractors, local lenders and vendors.
As a team member the Homebuilders will commit themselves to being the driving force behind the project.
BuildWright Homes will work in conjunction with the new Homebuilder to facilitate the process to a successful completion.
The Lenders will guide the Homebuilder to qualify and arrange the proper loan for their individual circumstances. The Lender, with the Homebuilders approval, will disperse funds to the venders and contractors in a timely fashion.
The Vendors and Contractors will commit themselves at the Homebuilders request, to a timely and efficient delivery of materials and services.
To this end BuildWright Homes will dedicate itself to insure this endeavor comes to a positive conclusion for all participants involved in each project.

- Because we are a licensed contractor, we are able to review, understand, and report on each building step.
- We develop a budget that reflects the appraised value and Equity earnings.
- We schedule inspections, pay bills, maintain the budget, and track expenses through the construction project.
