1. Do I need construction or building experience to build with BuildWright?
No. Many of the people that build with us have little or no construction experience. Our process outlines the steps of construction and we get you the help you need each step of the way.
2. Do I need to do some of the construction work in order to save money and build equity?
No. Many of our clients do little or none of the work. Our process coupled with our focus on getting your home built quickly saves you thousands. In 4 years our average equity savings for our clients has been just over $68,000. We have a 4 year track record of building equity for our clients.
3. How long does it take to build a home with BuildWright?
Because each person is building a custom home each house will be different, but most people are able to complete their home in around six months.
4. How many plans are there to chose from?
We have partnered with three architect firms and have thousands of plans to choose from. Our architects also do custom changes to their plans for those that have special needs.
5. May we use our own plans?
Absolutely! This is your house.
6. Where can I build?
We have helped people build in Idaho, Wyoming, Utah and Nevada.
7. Building a house with little or no money down. What does 100% financing mean?
Our lenders supply money for materials, land, labor, building permits, and even closing costs and 6 months of interest while your home is being built. We work hard at making it easy for you to build the home of your dreams.
8. We have land or we don’t have land. Can we start now?
Yes you can. With the first draw of the construction loan, the lenders can either pay off the loan on property you have previously purchased, or pay for the land you are interested in buying. You will need land to build a house, and we help you with that step also.
9. How much money will I save?
Each house is different but most of our clients have over 20% equity built into their home at closing.
10. How do I get started?

Our main office was recently moved to Layton Utah but we also have a satellite location in Cedar Hills (Utah County). Our meetings are quick and informative.
